Ingredients
4poundslarge uncooked shrimpshelled and deveined
3/4poundbutter or margarine
1large white oniondiced
3large cloves garlicminced
2cupsgrated Mozzarella cheese
2/3grated Parmesan cheese
116 ouncejar marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F, and lightly butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Arrange the shrimp evenly across the bottom of the baking pan.
Set aside.
In a medium frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Pour the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Sprinkle the Mozzarella, then the Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
Cover the cheeses and shrimp with the marinara sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked.
