This dish really goes together fast. I recommend serving it with a bright green vegetable or broiled tomato halves on the side. I've made it tons of time on TV.

Ingredients
8chicken breast halvesskinned and boned
1 1/2cupscups butter
3large cloves garlicminced
2tablespoonsdried parsley
3tablespoonscayenne pepper
1/3cupfresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the broiler.
Trim the fat and tendons from the chicken, rinse, and pat dry.
In a medium frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the remaining butter, parsley and 1 teaspoon of the cayenne pepper.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Spread 1⁄2 cup of the butter mixture in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking pan.
Sprinkle evenly with 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of the cayenne pepper.
Cover the chicken with the remaining butter mixture.
Broil 6-inches from the flame for 10 minutes.
Turn chicken, and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
Continue to broil for 10 minutes more, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
