Shrimp Parmesan
Two Italian favorites, tomatoey shrimp and melted cheese, combine to make a wonderful dish. I recommend you serve this dish with a side of pasta tossed with garlic and olive oil, some green beans, and a crisp salad.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds large uncooked shrimp shelled and deveined
- 3/4 pound butter or margarine
- 1 large white onion diced
- 3 large cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 16 ounce jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F, and lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Arrange the shrimp evenly across the bottom of the baking pan.
- Set aside.
- In a medium frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle the Mozzarella, then the Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Cover the cheeses and shrimp with the marinara sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
